Analysis
The analysis phase entails a meeting between the person in charge for the recruitment and the Praxion consultant in charge of the mission. It is one privileged moment which allows to covering the scope of the position on all its aspects an well beyond. This meeting gives place to an exchange of information and a crossing of experiences. Of course, the consultant lists all the data (remuneration, profile expected, type of mission, suggestion…).
The analysis work allows the capture of the total environment of the position as well (Company culture, elements which brought to the decision to recruit, team in place, aso…).
The consultant is a proposal force who shares his experiences and advises the customer usefully (current level of wages, state of the market of recruitment).
The company relies on the contribution of the consultant to validate his choices, or to reorientate its search. This analytical work is often the occasion to perfect its choices and to engage in all serenity the recruitment mission.
