entretien_400Recruitment missions are carried out through the ADMEN software package by salaried consultants.

The process of a recruitment mission is governed by a METHOD which includes 9 big stages.



  • Stage 1 Audit of the position at the customer’s, definition of the main axis of the proposed mission.
  • Stage 2 Draft of position description, amendment and agreement of the customer.
  • Stage 3 Interrogation of PRAXION file, head hunting, Web tracking, Internet filing.
  • Stage 4 Preselection on an initial list.
  • Stage 5 Procedure of evaluation following a telephone contact.  

  • Stage 6 Dispatch of position description and career questionnaire to the selected candidates.
  • Stage 7 Reception of the documents, validation of information.
  • Stage 8 Interview of the candidates, ultimate selection.
  • Stage 9 Presentation to the customer of the candidates with a complete file.
