Our pedagogy is expressed mainly on 3 levels:
- LANGUAGE OF the “FIELD” Because the realities and the practice of the trade is what sets the Salesman’s aptitude for listening and his capacity to learn; we never dwell on theory.
- OPENING, EXCHANGES, ENGAGEMENT We call on the participants and listen to them. They exchange and confront their experiences. The personal engagement, which is the absolute priority of the commercial attitude, thus takes support both on the expression of their “live experience” and on the message of our trainers.
- ROLE GAMES AND “MIROR EFFECT” The idea, the perception of one’s self is essential to the sale experience: the participants give us an image of them that we return to them in application exercises, through in situation settings and video roles games. Finally all PRAXION trainings are accompanied by training tools that the trainees use and turn to profit into their daily behaviour: sales action plans, sales arguments, demonstration schemes, memo leaflet,…).
