(trade mark) is a Center of improvement and distance training structure intended for the operational executives (business manager, branch managers, field officers, engineers,…) of the fitter companies.The specific teaching programs are conceived in an interactive way, they make it possible for each participant to choose his time and its rate/rhythm of training. Throughout the course, the trainee benefits from the permanent support of a tutor.
The participants acquire additional skills on SALESMANSHIP, LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT and ORGANIZATION. Thus they make progress at the same time in their career and in the company.
